CWB Financial Group welcomes feedback on this accessibility plan, how it is being implemented, barriers encountered by those dealing with CWB or barriers encountered by our employees.

How to provide feedback:

If you prefer to provide anonymous feedback:

  • Complete required fields on the feedback form. Do not include any information that might identify yourself (for example, your name, email address or phone number) in the feedback field.
    If you provide feedback by mail, do not include your return address on the envelope.

  • If you want a response
    If you have asked for a response, we will respond in the same way that you communicated with us.
  • Acknowledgement
    We will acknowledge all feedback we receive, except feedback that is anonymous.
  • What we do with your feedback
    We will review all feedback received. We may act on some right away. Other feedback can be used in our accessibility plans.
