There are Two Easy Ways to Open a Qtrade Investor DAP Account:
1. Apply Online
Completing an application over the internet using Qtrade Investor's secure online new account application form is the fastest way to open your DAP account. You will be required to print, sign, and return the appropriate documentation* to Qtrade Investor. If you already have an existing CWT account, you can apply online today. Follow the steps below to access Qtrade forms.
2. Print an Application Form
Print a copy of a Qtrade Investor DAP account application form in Adobe Acrobat format. Complete, sign, and return to Qtrade Investor. Click here to access the Qtrade Investor DAP account application form.
To access Qtrade forms online, visit the Qtrade web site by clicking here. Click on the "apply now" link in the menu on the left side of the Qtrade home page.
This will take you to the Account Options page, which will allow you to click on "NEW Application, APPLY NOW" to start the online new account application process.
*Please note that CWT account holders are not required to submit minimum deposits with their Qtrade Investor DAP applications. However, a personal cheque for $10 payable to Qtrade Investor Inc. is required to satisfy the requirements of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) Act. The $10 will be refunded. A photocopy of government issued identification such as a driver's license or passport is also required with the application.
