Issues with your CWeb login?
Having trouble with your computer not remembering your CWeb password and username? This article describes a few possible reasons why your web browser (computer) might not remember your login details.
- If your browser (i.e. Explorer, Fire Fox, Netscape.) has been updated or reinstalled, your auto-saved details (username and password) could have been erased from your computers memory.
- The same could have happen if there has been an update or re-installment of your operating system (e.i. Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98).
- It is also possible that an ad-ware or spy-ware sweep has been performed on your computer and could have erased your password and username from your computers memory.
If any of the above has occurred this DOES NOT mean that your password or username will not work when logging into CWeb. To regain access to your CWeb account, manually type-in your user name and your password into the CWeb login page.
The most effective way to ensure that you have consistent access to CWeb is to keep a copy of your password and username in a safe, protected place that only you have access to.
If access can not be gained by manually entering your username and password into the CWeb login page, contact CWT's Relationship Management Team at the number below for further assistance.
